Our activities
As a company established in 2012, following the growing liberalisation of Nigeria's oil and gas industry, our main focus is the trading and marketing of oil, refined petroleum products, gas and dry bulk commodities in African and global markets. We are also active in the sourcing and supply of metals and metal ores for global industrial customers. Founded on deep practical knowledge of the African and Gulf of Guinea petroleum production market, Hyde Energy is a global oil and commodities trading company focused on service excellence, competitive pricing and rigorous governance.
As a physical and financial trading company, we provide the services that balance supply and demand for crude oil, refined petroleum products, gas and dry bulk commodities. To complement our trading, we are expanding our asset base in upstream production and midstream strategic oil storage and logistics capabilities. Hyde has strong links in the freight charter market for ocean-going vessels. In Nigeria, we have established a network of branded petroleum retail stations and launched a range of Hyde Energy lubricants. Each element of our business integrates and adds value to the activities of the business as a whole.
